• Why should I sign up for your mailing list?

My mailing list is golden ticket access to all of my online goods! You will be contacted first when I release new items, along with opportunities to shop before the public has access. You will also receive discount codes (as a thank you for being loyal!).

The future holds exciting surprises for those on my mailing list, sign up here and be the first to know!

  • How can I register for your pottery classes?

As many of you may know, I also teach clay classes locally in Colorado Springs, CO. For more information on prices, class structure and more, contact me here I'll get back to you with more information!

  • Return, exchange, damaged item and theft policies? How long are shipping times?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if there are problems with your order. All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless stated otherwise.

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the package and broken item(s), keep the package and broken pieces, and contact me here within 48 hours.

If your item is marked as “delivered,” it is unlikely that a claim will be fulfilled for missing goods. I am not responsible for stolen packages.

I am still a new business and learning to work with shipping times; my goal is to have everything delivered within two weeks of ordering ♡

  • Are you currently doing wholesale or custom orders?

I am open to new opportunities! Send me an email through my contact form and I’ll get back to you soon!

I am also open to doing some commissions! Just fill out that contact form with a description of your vision, and I will get back to you to discuss steps moving forward!

  • How do you make your pieces?

Every piece that is posted on this website is handmade by me! I create the pieces on the wheel, go through the tasking processes of trimming, drying, carving, pulling handles, smoothing, and surface design before the first firing. Once fired, I sand all the pieces to ensure they are smooth, dusted off, and ready to be glazed! Once the second firing is done, I am left with a finished piece that gets one more round of sanding, a glamorous photo shoot, and then is shipped off to its new home!

  • What does it mean when I buy handmade from you?

It means you are supporting me!! I've had a dream to run my own business for a while (you can read more about me here), and thanks to you it's possible!

Because every item of mine is handmade, there may be slight imperfections, differences, or variations between pieces. All of my measurements are approximate, but I do my very best to be accurate.
