If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the package and broken item(s), keep the package and broken pieces, and contact me here within 48 hours.

If your item is marked as “delivered,” it is unlikely that a claim will be fulfilled for missing goods. I am not responsible for stolen packages.

Every piece that is posted on this website is handmade by me! I create the pieces on the wheel, go through the tasking processes of trimming, drying, carving, pulling handles, smoothing, and surface design before the first firing. Once fired, I sand all the pieces to ensure they are smooth, dusted off, and ready to be glazed! Once the second firing is done, I am left with a finished piece that gets one more round of sanding, a glamorous photo shoot, and then is shipped off to its new home!

Because every item of mine is handmade, there may be slight imperfections, differences, or variations between pieces. All of my measurements are approximate, but I do my very best to be accurate.
