These pieces were wheel-thrown and soda fired, a high-temperature atmospheric firing where a soda mixture introduced into the kiln and interacts with the clay and slip surfaces. The result is natural variation in color, texture, and sheen, think warm reds, soft whites, and earthy tones shaped by heat and placement in the kiln.

Each piece responds differently to the firing, making every pot truly one of a kind. Designed to be used daily and appreciated slowly.
